Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on your first order with the welcome code dedicated to new customers (code WELCOME).
- Free shipping for all orders over €200.
- Italy: flat rate shipping of €7.
- Europe: flat rate shipping of €15.
Delivery Times
Delivery times generally range from 3 to 15 business days.
The timing depends on product availability at the time of order: some items may already be ready for shipment, while others are specially made or completed to ensure the high quality standards that distinguish MUMU collections.

Tracking and Monitoring
As soon as your order is entrusted to the courier, you will receive a communication containing the tracking code that will allow you to monitor the status of the shipment at any time and follow the journey of your purchase until delivery.
